Rounding Machine Overview:
This rounding machine is characterized by smooth edges and close fitting friction wheels to achieve well formed spherical particles and uniform particle size distribution. The structural design eliminates the technical susceptibility to fines of conventional processes. Optimization of the process is achieved by selecting the cycle time, turntable speed, product loading, friction pattern and adjusting the airflow around the turntable.
Rounding Machine Features:
- This rounding machine is fed directly from the extruder. For high volume applications, one continuous extruder can butt two rounders.
