The CIP Unit is mainly composed of tanks,heat ex-changers, circulating pumps, regulating valves,pipelines and other parts.Reasonable CIP/SIP strategies can be formulated according to the customer's process requirements. The CIP Unit conducts relevant process calculations in accordance with ASME BPE regulations to determine parameters,and automatically prepares the cleaning solution concentration through the metering pump.The end point of CIP can be judged according to the low conductivity.
